Delivery of parcels

Beesorelaxed ships orders within 5 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise stated on the website. Please let us know if you need your shipment faster and we will ship your order as soon as possible. Reflection Period, Right of Withdrawal and Return You may return your products within 14 days of receiving the original order for a refund. You can exchange your products within 14 days as long as the new products are the same as the original products you ordered. If you wish to exchange your items for other items, the price and size must be the same as the price and size you purchased the original item. Shipping costs are covered by the customer. We accept returns if the item and its packaging are returned in perfect and original condition. We will refund your purchase and shipping costs within 5 working days of receiving your return. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of used candles. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or partial refund if we suspect the candle has been used or if the item has been damaged as a result of the return shipment. Beesorelaxed also reserves the right to refuse a refund or incomplete refund of the purchase price after 14 days from placing the order. Exclusion of the right to withdraw from the contract With the right of withdrawal, you will not be entitled to withdraw from custom-made candles according to the customer's wishes.
